Claims for damaged, faulty and miss-shipped items :

Claims must be made within 10 working days of receipt of your goods.

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw your order for goods before they are shipped and also within 10 working days of the goods being received.

Unwanted items will only be  eligible for refund provided that they are returned complete with all relevant packaging in an unused, unopened and re-saleable condition.

A copy of the original invoice/receipt must be provided. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within ten working days starting on the day after the goods are delivered to you.

Do not send item(s) back until we have issued you a returns number and details of where to send them).You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure that the goods are adequately insured against loss and/or damage during transit and that a signature is given by us as proof of receipt. (i.e. Royal Mail Signed). 

We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods (shipping or any other charges to you are non-refundable as are any costs incurred by us if we collect the goods). Note: If the goods were shipped to you FREE of charge, we will deduct our actual shipping cost to you from your refund.
